TISTR has designed the machine and concentrated protein production line from shrimp heads including control of production plant construction and machine installation, operation and production testing. Technology transfer and personnels training for shrimp-head protein production will be included so that it can be used for commercial scale production as shrimp food replacement which was imported 2,000 tons/year.
