The Thong Muan cutting machine was designed, developed and constructed by TISTR. It is a fast cutting machine of 60 pieces/min with the same size for eating and a few lost from breaking. This machine can also be adjusted the distance between knives to select Thong Muan's size. These will reduce labor and increase production efficiency.
